  • You don’t have to be a mum to start running.  I work with women of all ages to start setting goals, to become self-motivated, determined and most importantly to have self-respect. I help women develop a healthier lifestyle and a regular exercise mindset. I focus on pace rather than speed, teach safe running habits, talk about nutrition and focus on setting regular running goals.
  • We start you off with an initial assessment, which takes 1hr15, Included in your assessment is a 30 session. We discuss desired outcomes and discuss which program is best for you.  What makes me different is that I only work one-on-one with clients and I come to you!!
