Training Tip

Sometimes the hardest part of going for a run is just getting out the door. The couch looks too comfortable, its cold outside, it’s raining. However, once we change our mind-set and accept fitness into our lives, it becomes a non-negotiable standard. It’s raining outside…AWESOME!!!  It’s too cold…I WON’T SWEAT!!! I’m tired…think of all the ENERGY.  I’m going to have afterwards. It’s Fitness and strength does not just come to us, we need to change our mind-set. However, once we accept fitness into our lives it all becomes that much easier!
